Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Account details (email, display name); the projects, prompts, and assets you upload; and the usage logs needed to run and improve the service (such as generation requests and error reports). We never log your password.

2. How We Use It

To provide and maintain the service, handle billing and credit settlement, keep things secure and troubleshoot issues, and improve the product within the scope of your consent. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Processing

To power AI generation, some requests are sent to third-party model and compute providers (such as Jimeng and OpenRouter). We only transmit the data required to deliver the feature. Payments are handled by third-party payment services, and we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Storage & Security

Data is stored on Supabase with row-level isolation, so each user can access only their own data. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your project data, and you can close your account. After closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to retain it.

6. YouTube API Services

When you choose to publish a finished video to your own YouTube channel, we call the YouTube API Services. Using this feature means you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

We request the upload permission only (youtube.upload). We cannot read, modify or delete any existing video, playlist or channel data on your channel. Nothing is sent to your channel unless you press publish.

To perform the upload we store the authorisation token Google issues, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; it is used solely to upload videos you created, to your own channel, on your behalf. When you disconnect on the account page we tell Google to revoke the authorisation and delete our stored token.

You can also revoke our access at any time from your Google account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use the local storage and cookies necessary to keep you signed in and the core features working. We do not use them for cross-site advertising tracking.
