1. About the Service
Tovaki (the “Service”) is an AI video creation tool from Moyu Technology that helps you turn text ideas into shot breakdowns, prompts, and an editable canvas. The Service is currently in beta, and features and pricing may change.
2. Accounts & Use
You must register with accurate information and keep your account credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or contrary to public morals.
3. Content & Copyright
You are responsible for the assets you upload and the prompts you enter, and you confirm you hold the necessary rights to them. You hold the right to use the content you generate with the Service, but you may not generate content that infringes others' copyright, likeness, or trademark rights.
4. Credits & Billing
Generation features are billed in credits, per the rules shown in the product. Failed generations are refunded in credits according to those rules. Any bonus credits during the beta are governed by the terms of the promotion in effect at the time.
5. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service stable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions caused by third-party models or services, the network, or force majeure.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect once posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
